What is Sooperstown?

Sooperstown is a mythical place where those who have excelled in professional baseball can be honored and celebrated.

It is west of Waveland Avenue, north of Ebbets Field, south of the Astrodome and just on the other side of Rickwood Field.

Set among the tree-lined streets and the Red, White and Blue bunting, near the shops that sell penny candy, ice cream and baseball cards is an area that houses four buildings set out like the bases of a baseball diamond, with an actual baseball field (Sooperstown Field) set inside this perimeter.

In these four buildings house the honorees of baseball royalty, sorted using the university cum laude system.
